| Abstract: | Based on the Contract Law, the Travel Agency Management Act and other legal regulations, the paper focuses on the definition of practical violation of contract onus and the analysis of the real performance. The paper also points out that practical violation of contract onus, as a common, but important default, must be rectified so that disputes can be avoided and the legal rights of both the travelers' and the agencies' can be guaranteed. |
