大历史与小事件：对“三反”运动缘起的考察

中共中央之所以发动＂三反＂运动,主要是出于两个考虑,一是要解决建国之初干部中较为严重的贪污腐化问题,二是要促进增产节约运动之开展。中央发动＂三反＂运动的初始目的是为了促进增产节约运动的开展,但不久,＂三反＂运动就取代增产节约运动而成为中央工作的重心。由于干部对这一运动采取的消极态度,所以＂三反＂运动的最终发动经历了较为曲折的过程。

Grand history and small incident: origin of the Three-Anti Movement

The launching of the Three-Anti Movement by the Central Committee of the CPC has two considerations.One is to resolve the serious corruption of the cadres rampant at the beginning of new China,and the other is to raise production and save resources.The initial purpose of the Three-Anti Movement is for increasing production and saving resources,yet soon the campaign against three evils has become the focus of the Movement.Because many cadres have negative attitude,the Three-Anti Movement has seen winding course at the beginning.
