现代性语境下的后单位制社会整合

中国的单位制就其为单位成员提供的身份感和归属感而言具有前现代的性质,中国城市社会从单位制向后单位制的变迁正是现代性作用的结果.现代性作用下的后单位制社会特点表现为从“单位人”到“社会人”、从封闭社会到流动社会、从政治整合到社会整合的三大转变.后单位制时期社会整合面临的困境主要表现在单位制惯习的消除、单位社会功能的承接、新的社会认同和社会团结的形成、文化价值共识的实现等方面.

Social Integration in Post-unit System under the Context of Modernity

In terms of unit members’ identity and sense of belonging,Chinese unit system is pre-modern.It is modernity which resulted in the change of Chinese urban society from unit system to post-unit system.The social feature in modernized post-unit system is represented by three changes: from "unit member" to "social member",from a closed society to a mobile society,and from political integration to social integration.Social integration in post-unit system is confronted with difficulties such as to eliminate habitus in unit system,to undertake units’ social functions,to form new social identity and solidarity,and to achieve consensus of common cultural values,etc.
