Grasping the Spirit of the "First - of- July

The First-of July Address delivered by Comrade JIANG Ze-min is of great practical significance and of profound historic significance. It embodies the Party's theory innovation in recent years. The study and implementation of the Address will encourage and promote the great project of seeking further unity of thinking in the Party and in the country. In particular, it will also encourage and fasten the realization of the objective to develop Zhengzhou University into one of the key universities in China. Colleges and universities are the important front to produce advanced professionals and to promote and publicize the cultural and ideological progress. Colleges and universities, therefore, take glorious but heavy responsibility. To live up to the great trust of General Secretary JIANG Ze-min, we must earnestly do well in the Party's ideological, political, organizational and style-of-work building in colleges and universities.
