| 摘 要： | 论证了多元化纠纷解决机制的必要性。从培育新型调解组织,完善民间调解机制;赋予行政调解协议法律效力,完善行政调解机制;实现仲裁机构多样化,完善法院对仲裁的支持;建立诉前强制调解制度,重构法院调解机制四个方面,论述了多元化纠纷解决机制的构建。

| Abstract: | The necessity of construction the mechanism of multiplication dispute solution is illustrated,and the construction of the mechanism of multiplication dispute solution is elaborated by means of cultivating new model of mediating organization,perfecting the mechanism of mediating among the people;giving an administration reconciliation agreement to a legal effect,perfecting administration mediating mechanism;realizing the arbitral authority diversification,perfecting the support that the court arbitrates face to face;construction coercive meditation system before building-up appeals.And the construction of multi-mechanism of problem solving is discussed in the end. |
