| 摘 要： | 社会主义政治文明是一个新的理论,社会主义政治文明建设是一项新的进程,这需要我们正确认识和处理好社会主义物质文明、政治文明和精神文明的关系,切实坚持党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国的辩证统一,着重加强制度建设,实现社会主义民主政治的制度化、规范化和程序化。

| Abstract: | The political civilization of socia lism is a new concept and process.We s hould have correct un-derstanding and treatment for the re lationship among the substantial,political and spiritual civi-lizations.We should stick to the int errelationship among the Party' s leadership,the people' s mastership and the government under laws.We should put emphasis on the construction of sys-tems to realize the systematization,standardization and process of the socialist democratic poli-tics. |
