多元文化语境下的外语教师素质研究

多元文化语境下,外语教师所需具备的素质与传统的、单一的文化语境下所需具备的素质有所区别。本文从多元文化角度讨论了外语教师应具备高尚的道德修养、具备了解多元文化知识的意识、具备转换角色、换位思考的意识以及具备反思性教学意识这四种重要的素质。从这样一种较新的角度出发,是为了使外语教学能够更好地进行,外语教师能够更好地教育学生,培养出更加符合国际大环境的优秀人才。
