| 摘 要： | 分析了安徽省退耕还林的绩效和后续发展中存在的问题,指出退耕还林对安徽的生态环境改善和经济发展都起到了明显的促进作用,但由于国家和农户目标的差异以及挤出效应的存在,应加大公共支出、加大科技投入力度和不断完善激励措施,进一步巩固安徽省退耕还林成果.

| Abstract: | By analyzing the benefits of Grain for Green Project and some problems in continuing development of Anhui Province, the paper indicates that Grain for Green Project greatly improves the environment of Anhui Province and accelerates the development of economics. The paper, in view of some negative effects including distance between farmers'and state's objective as well as marginalization, also puts forward the measures for continuing development of Anhui Province to consolidate the achievements, namely, to enlarge the public expenditure, to enhance the scientific development and to encourage the incentive. |
