| 摘 要： | 课程建设是素质教育的基础之一。政教专业的“课程建设”与“素质教育”的结合点为：课程建设的改革与发展学生能力相结合;课程建设与德育教育和人文教育相结合;课程建设与学生的本体知识、程序知识和运用现代教育技术手段相结合;加强课程建设和素质教育与提高教师自身素质相结合。

| Abstract: | Subject construction is one of the basis on quality construction. The essay puts emphasis on nar- rating the combination of "subject construction"with "quality education"in political education speciality. That is, the combination of reform on subject construction with development of students' abilities; the com- bination of subject construction with moral education and human education; the combination of subject construction with students' noumenal knowledge. procedure knowledge and the applicaton of modem edu- cational technique means and the combination of strengthening subject construction and quality education with improving on teachers' own quality. |
