文化匹配对员工组织承诺的影响分析

摘    要:近年来,随着中国加入世贸组织,企业人员流动有进一步增长的趋势。因此如何通过研究组织承诺的影响因素来控制过度的离职率成为近年来研究的重点。文化匹配就是对于组织承诺具有影响作用的因素之一。本文希望通过研究文化匹配对员工组织承诺的影响,寻找一种比较有效的管理方式,提高员工的组织承诺。本文首先归纳了组织承诺的研究现状,并对文化匹配的两个相关模型进行回顾,分别比较了P-P匹配模型和P-O匹配模型的优缺点。最后提出一种提高员工组织承诺,降低企业员工流失风险的管理模式——P-O文化匹配全程管理。

Abstract:With the increase of employee turnover rate in recent years, many studies have been focused on controlling the turnover rate by improving their organizational commitment.Culture fit is one of the factor of organizational commitment. The present study investigates the impact of culture fit on employee's organizational commitment to find an effective method to improve it. By sorting out existing literatures, this paper reviews the two models of culture fit, and compares P-P fit model and P-O fit model to find their advantages and disadvantages.Finally,this paper proposes a managerial suggestion named P-O culture fit total management, to improve organizational commitment and reduce employee turnover rate.
