| 摘 要： | 盘锦是我国东北地区重要的资源型城市之一,位于辽宁省西南部,辽河三角洲中心地带,土地面积约4071平方公里.盘锦市地下有丰富的石油、天然气、煤、硫等矿藏,中国第三大油田--辽河油田也位于此地.2000年底,辽河油田累计探明石油储量21亿吨,天然气1784亿立方米,原油稳定装置处理能力600万吨/年,已开发建设32个油气田.
