| 摘 要： | 规模偏小,缺乏规模经济效益,一直是导致我国企业竞争力偏低的重要原因之一,加入WTO之后,我国的企业将会面临更加激烈的国际竞争,加快企业组织结构的调整已迫在眉睫。本文通过对规模经济规律的分析,针对我国企业规模现状及问题,提出了有关企业组织结构调整的基本思路。

| Abstract: | The smaller size and the lack of scale benefit is still one of the important causes leading to the lower competitiveness of our businesses. After joining WTO, our businesses will face the more fierce international competition. Therefore it is extremely urgent to adjust the scale of them. By analyzing the law of sale economy, the present situation of the scale of our businesses and the existing problems, the paper puts forward rational proposals on readjusting the organizational structure of our enterprises. |
