| 摘 要： | 高等教育事业计划对宏观调控和促进高等教育发展具有重要作用。本研究从四川省情出发探讨了社会主义市场经济体制下保证高教事业合理的发展速度,以计划调整优化办学层次与专业结构,推进自费上大学以及调动社会力量参与办学等问题。
