Reflections on Administering the Country According to Law and Virtue

Though law and morality are two relatively independent social standards and belong to two different scopes,the conbination of the two is still possible and necessary in the process of promoting the socialist marketing economy .And the unified one is of a wholly new frame based on the socialist marketing economy .At the same time, the two standards can complement,coordinate and promote each other on the basis of law.
