| 摘 要： | “两个务必”是执政党不断经受考验的必然性要求．坚持“两个务必”是党巩固执政地位的规律性总结。构建坚持“两个务必”的长效机制，要经受长期执政的长期性考验。在执政理念上长期牢记，在执政宗旨上构建长期坚持“两个务必”的为民机制，在执政实践上构建长期做到“两个务必”的绩效机制，在执政队伍上构建长期示范“两个务必”的监管机制。
