加快我国农业高新技术产业化发展的措施探究

实现农业现代化是解决"三农"问题一个不可缺少的条件.而加快我国农业高新技术产业化的发展有利于增加农民收入和推进我国农业现代化进程,也有利于提高农业整体效益和在国际上的竞争力,从而促进我国的社会主义新农村建设.要加快我国农业高新技术产业化的发展,应从解决导致我国农业高新技术产业化发展缓慢的原因即农业高新技术成果与农业发展结合前期、结合中期、结合后期的障碍问题入手,提出应对措施.

Realizing agricultural modernization is an indispensable condition to resolve "Three Rural Issues".The quickening pace of China's agricultural development of high-tech industries benefits to increase the income of peasants and promote China's agricultural modernization process as well as to improve the overall agricultural efficiency and international competitiveness, thus promoting China's building of a new socialist countryside.In order to achieve that,we must start to solve the problems resulting in the slow development of industrialization of high-tech agriculture combining the results with the obstacles in the early days,the medium-term and the late,then put forward countermeasures.
