| 摘 要： | “情绪智力”是人类对自身精神世界的认识的新突破；它弥补了传统智力概念的局限，否定了长期以来流行的智力评估的绝对权威。神经科学的最新进展表明，情绪智力是右脑的非逻辑智慧。这一认识提示我们，情绪智力与传统智力的互补性是揭示成功奥秘的关键。

| Abstract: | The concept of emotional intelligence is a great break in human cognition of psychical world;it complements the traditional concept of intelligence,and redresses the prevailing evaluation of intelligence.Emotional intelligence is a non|logical wisdom of right brain from the viewpoint of late neuroscience.This reveals that the complementarily between the traditional concept of intelligence and the concept of emotional intelligence is a key to the mystery of success. |
