| 摘 要： | 试讲与单纯的课堂教学既具有教学内容和方法的基本一致性,又在目的与手段、教学对象、教学内容安排与组织上有所不同,但现有的高等师范类院校都缺乏针对应聘试讲特点的有效教学模式,因此高师院校必须在试讲课程定位、教材编写、优化教师的知识结构和增加学生试讲实践等方面对试讲课程教学进行改革,以提高学生的应聘试讲能力.

| Abstract: | Test lecture and teaching in class have the common places such as teaching content and method.Meanwhile they also have some differences in teaching aim,object,and plan of teaching content.However there still is not effective teaching model in teacher's college aiming at above characteristics.Therefore,teacher's college must reform teaching of test lecture in course oriented,text compiling,optimizing teacher's knowledge structure and increase the test chance for students so as to improve the capability of students. |
