| 摘 要： | 20世纪 8 0年代 ,中国的农民阶层开始分化 ,各种类型的经济能人群体先后异军突起。其形成条件和原因主要在于农村经济体制的改革和非农产业的迅速成长、国家政策的支持和社会的期待、农民思想价值观念的转变。农村经济能人群体的崛起对增强社会活力、开发人力资源 ,发展农村经济、推动传统社会向现代社会的转变 ,具有十分重要的现实意义。同时 ,也对农村社会的稳定提出了挑战

| Abstract: | Because of Chinese rural economic reformation,non agricultural industry develops quickly,and the states policy support,the social expectation and the peasant value concept transition,the rural economic elite groups have grown up since 1980s.The growth of the groups is of great importance in developing rural economy,in reinforcing social energy and exploiting human resources.However,it is also a challenge to the rural social stability. |
