| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国物权法》对不动产登记费作了原则规定，但由于多方面原因，各地房地产登记费收费仍存在政出多门，收费不一，重复收费等现象。对我国房地产登记费现状及存在的问题进行了分析，提出了完善房地产登记费制度的相关对策。
