Duplicability helps to propel public needs and cultural development.It is through a carrier that a thought is inherited.Works reflecting thoughts and culture are constantly developed and innovated in this process.Copyright protects original authors' right and promotes creative works.Works are a dialectic combination of artistry revealing individuality,and technical nature that is for the sake of production.The totally social wisdom is increasing for sure when people can create works in more and more fields and when they can embody cultural values by means of more and more kinds of carriers.Independent innovation and construction of harmonious society are helpful for the dialectic and scientific promotion of society. Legitimacy,stipulated in Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China,requires that works of ideology and culture,literature and arts,and science,should conform to legal provisions,without violating social public interests.Works of potential core competitive value should also be protected by law as commercial secrets.Legitimacy promotes nice harmony.
