Highlighting the Distinguishing Feature of Private Colleges and Universities and Training Practical Personnel for Administration

In accordance with the distinguishing feature of Zhejiang Shuren University as a private university and in view of the developing impetus of market economy in Zhejiang province, the paper discusses the major subjects offered and rationalized training goal in the college of management, reviews the "two-stage tutorial system" carried out by the college and sums up the tentative ideas and measures taken in teaching reform.
