| 摘 要： | 新经济是近年提出的新名词 ,它特指根植于革命性技术进步的新型经济形态 ,涵盖了“信息经济”、“网络经济”、“数字经济”与“风险社会”等。文章指出了人们在分析新经济时经常陷入的误区 ,阐明了新经济以网络为基础、以科学技术来驱动、以创新为特质的运行特点。分析了企业在新经济环境下所面临的问题后 ,提出了新经济环境下的企业发展对策 :第一 ,注重知识经营 ;第二 ,重组业务流程 ;第三 ,应用先进的信息技术 ;第四 ,提高创新能力

| Abstract: | New economy, which means the new economic form based on the revolutionary progress of technology, comprises information economy, net economy, digital economy and venture society. The article points out the common misunderstandings of new economy and arguement that it is based on net works, advanced by technology and characterized with innovation. After analyzing the dilemmas that enterprises meet in new economy, the article offers the countermeasures as follows: the concern for the management of knowledge; the reorganizing of the process of business; the application of the advanced information technology; and the improvement of innovation ability. |
