| 摘 要： | 在我国市场经济体制改革中,行业协会获得了长足的发展。但在其发展过程中,行业协会也面临诸多困难和挑战,还不能完全适应市场经济发展的需要,需要政府、行业协会、企业共同努力,使行业协会对我国经济健康发展发挥应有的作用。本文分析了我国行业协会存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了几点措施。

| Abstract: | The guild has got considerable development during the economic system reform of Chi-nese market. In the course of its growth,the guild is confronted with many difficulties and challenges, which can hardly meet the requirements of market economy. The government, the guild and enterprises must work in cooperation to bring the role of Chinese guild into full play. The paper discusses the problems confronted by China's guild,and then makes some proposals with regard to the corresponding countermeasures. |
