| Abstract: | After the failure of constitutional reform and modernization, Kang Youwei went abroad to start the trip to Sanzhou Land. He studied and investigated the politics, economy, science and technology and so on in different contries, tried to continue the reform movement, which failed because of lacking mass basis. But it was a brilliant page for the bourgeoisie reformist. |
