哥伦比亚大学的学术规范与教育机制

摘    要:学术共同体内诸多的学术不端行为已经引起了高校内外的普遍关注,但对如何制止学术不端行为仍然深陷思路不清,路径不明的泥潭。严格清晰的学术规范政策,独立的制止不端行为的程序及机构,高接受性的负责任的研究行为(RCR)的教育是哥伦比亚大学长期保持良好学术声誉的三大法宝,可为我国高校建立学术规范提供良好的借鉴。

Abstract:Academic misconducts among academic community have aroused common concerns in and outside colleges and universities.The dilemma is the unclear thinking and path of preventing and prohibiting academic misconducts.Strict and clear academic norm,independent organization and procedures in charge of anti-academic misconducts and the widely accepted responsible conduct of research(RCR) education are the three main and effective methods for Columbia University to maintain its academic reputation for a long term,which can offer reference to our Chinese colleges and universities.
