关于我国农民增收问题的研究

在“三农”问题研究中，如何提高农民增收问题，始终为人所瞩目。这不仅因为农民增收有利于促进需求发展，从而促进生产发展，而且对强化农村基础设施建设、改善农村环保和资源、能源的合理开发利用，推动农村精神文明建设和农村基层民主管理的实现，也都有不可估量的作用。因此，分析制约农民增收的因素，探讨农民增收机制的构建和制定相应的对策，不仅必要而且必须，这是新农村建设中一项不可忽略和意义深远的重大课题。

On the Increase of Chinese Peasants' Income

The increase of peasants＇ income has arrested people＇s attention for its importance in the solution of agricultural problems. It is not only conducive to the increase of demand （which promotes production）, but it is also good to rural infrastructure construction, environmental protection and the reasonable exploitation and usage of the resources. Meanwhile, it is good to the construction of rural spiritual civilization and the realization of democratic management in the countryside. Therefore, it is not only necessary but also urgent to analyze the factors that prevent the peasants from increasing their income, formulate the mechanism conducive to such a goal and make concrete solutions. These tasks are an organic part of the great project of constructing a new socialist countryside.
