| 摘 要： | 文章认为当前的学生实习是以机构为本,这种实习环境促使不同的实习生抗逆力得到不同程度的发展。提高学生适应性有两个途径:一是学校以学生成长中心,加强与实习机构建立合作伙伴关系。二是实习生社会工作思维能力的培养。
