关于公民道德建设的思考

在目前中国公民道德规范出现解构的情况下,加强公民道德建设显得尤为必要。而社会主义核心价值体系成为引领公民道德建设的重要价值规范。强化社会主义核心价值体系的引领作用,必然要求通过加强道德教育和道德实践来体现。公民道德教育的手段之一,是考虑把某些道德行为纳入法律视野,公民道德实践活动要重视各种文明主题的评选活动。

Considerations of the Building of Civic Virtues in China

The occurance of the current dispelling of civic virtues in China calls for the urgency of strengthening the building of civic virtues,in the process of which the socialist core value system can serve as an important value norm.The guiding role of the value system can therefore be strengthened and achieved by improving the education and practice of virtues.As a means to the education of civic virtues,some moral behaviors should be included in legislation;besides,the public-based appraisal about various civilized activities should also be adopted in practice.
