关于文化强国过程中若干重大问题的哲学思考

文化是民族的血脉,是人民的精神家园。党的十七届六中全会研究部署了深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的任务,提出努力建设社会主义文化强国。文章结合我国当前实际和有关哲学原理,着重分析了文化强国过程中如何认识并处理好文化＂普遍性＂与＂特殊性＂,文化发展的＂质＂与＂量＂,＂城市文化＂与＂农村文化＂,文化发展＂内因＂与＂外因＂的关系。

Philosophical Considerations on Some Important Issues in the Building of a Powerful Nation of Culture

Culture is the blood of our nation,the spiritual home of the people.The sixth plenum of the 17th CPC Central Committee deployed the tasks of deepening the reform of the culture system and promoting the great prosperity of socialist culture,putting forward the policy of constructing a powerful nation with socialist culture.Guided by the spirit of the Party Central Committee,this paper combines the concerning principles of philosophy on the basis of our current reality to emphatically analyze how to understand and deal with " universality" and " speciality" of culture,the "quality" and "quantity" of culture development,the relations between "urban culture" and " rural culture",between "internal" and "external" causes of culture development in the building of a powerful nation through culture for the reference of related departments.
