| 摘 要： | 完全学分制明显区别于“部分学分制”，有利于提高人才培养质量，是我国高等学校教学体制改革的方向。完全学分制的普遍实施将对思想政治教育产生巨大冲击，基本解构了传统思想政治教育模式。我们应通过转变思想政治教育工作理念，落实“以生（学生）为本”的工作思路，创新思想政治教育主体、形式、载体和思想政治理论课教育，逐步建构大学生思想政治教育新模式。

| Abstract: | The complete credit system,which is different from the portional credit system and benefitial to the development of the quality of talents training,is one of the orientation for the reform of higher educational system in our country.Its wide application exhibits great effect on ideological and political education basically deconstructs the traditional model of ideological and political education.The new model could be constructed through transforming the working concept to "student-orientedness",and innovating the subject,form and carrier of ideological and political education. |
