新生代农民工利益诉求与融入城市路径研究——基于杭州市下沙经济开发区的调查分析

2010年中央1号文件首次提出＂新生代农民工＂问题,凸显了农民工问题的新特征以及探讨和解决农民工融入城市问题的迫切性。新生代农民工这一群体在文化程度、人格特征等方面与第一代农民工迥然不同。由于现存的制度安排和政策设计使他们的利益诉求无法得到实现,新生代农民工目前面临的问题令人堪忧。政府和社会各界应高度关注这一群体的利益诉求,以推进新生代农民工群体更好地融入城市。

A Research about the Interest- related Appeals of the Migrant Workers of New Generation and Their Blending into the City Life --Based on an investigation conducted in Xiasha economic development zone in Hangzhou city

No.1 Document of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party in 2010 gave the initial mentioning of the problems concerning the migrant workers of a new generation,which highlighted not only the new features of the problems but also the urgency to explore and resolve the problems arising from their blending into city life.This new generation differs greatly from the older ones in their education level and personality.However,the existing systems and policies ignore the fact and prevent them from achieving their interests,which worsens the situation.Therefore,the government and people of various circles should attach great importance to their appeals in order to promote their integration into city life.
