现阶段我国农民利益表达的特征分析

当前，我国农民利益表达过程中主要呈现出以下五个方面的特征：一，表达渠道非制度化，农民利益表达制度化渠道不够通畅；二，表达平台非组织化，农民利益表达缺乏稳定的组织化平台支撑；三，表达方式非合法化，农民利益表达行为容易突破合法化底线；四，表达内容非权利化，农民利益表达内容主要集中于资源性权益，而非政治性权利；五，表达意识非主体化，农民缺乏利益表达所需的政治主体性。
