| 摘 要： | 当前 ,高校正处于新老教师交替的高峰期 ,青年教师占教师比重较大 ,因此 ,加强青年教师队伍建设关系到后继有人的大问题 ,更关系到高校的改革、发展与稳定。结合目前高校青年教师队伍的状况 ,提出加强青年教师队伍建设的思路。要加强青年教师的政治思想教育工作 ;抓青年骨干教师队伍建设和发挥老教师的“传帮带”作用

| Abstract: | At present,universities are at the peak period in replacement of the old with the young.As the young teachers outnumber the old,it is greatly significant to foster the young.This has an important bearing on training the successors,reforming,developing and stabilizing in universities.Considering the situation of the young teachers in universities,we put forward our tentative idea,strengthening the rank of the young teachers in universities.. |
