| 摘 要： | 目前我国大学生家庭的经济负担重,高校经济困难学生数量日益增多.高校助学保障体系以奖学金、减免学费、特困补助、勤工助学、临时困难补助、助学贷款等六大途径为主体.高校助学保障工作中存在对困难学生的认定缺乏科学性和合理性等问题.通过创新助学保障管理体制等方式,进一步完善高校助学保障体系.

| Abstract: | Currently,the subsidy guarantee system for college and university students from impoverised families consists mainly in scholarships,remission or reduction of tutions,special subsidiary programs,work-study programs,temporary subsidiary programs,and national educational loans.However,there are still some problems in subsidy guarantee work in HEIs.Therefore,it is imparative to adopt effective measures so as to perfect the subsidy guarantee system in HEIs. |
