On the Theoretical Qualities of Marxism and the Theoretical Innovations of Jiang Zemin's July-first Speech

In his speech delivered at the gathering to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the CPC, PresidentJiang Zemin put forward the Marxist statement that develops with the progress of time. This paper expoundsthe statement from the perspective of dialectical materialism, historical materialism and in the view of the his-tory of the development of Marxism.
