A Tentative Analysis of the Limitations of the Legal System

Though the best system adopted by mankind so far, ruling by law has its inevitable limitations. To analyze its limitations, it is only realistic to consider law as a system existence, i.e., to consider it as an actual existing system in the whole society. To know the limitations of law is to realize the ruling by law more rationally and consciously.
