| 摘 要： | 企业核心竞争力具有稀缺性、不易模仿性、不易替代性、顾客价值性和动态学习性的基本特征。企业家能力对企业核心竞争力起决定作用:完善和创新企业核心竞争力的制度保证有赖于企业家能力;塑造和巩固企业的核心竞争力依赖于企业家的“精神领袖”地位;企业家能力在公司成长的不同阶段推动着核心竞争力的发展;现代企业经营的特殊性使企业家能力对核心竞争力的作用更加突出。

| Abstract: | The entrepreneur capability is expelled from the research category of the core competence long.On the basis of analyzing elements of the core competence of the corporation,the author,according to theoretical and realistic reasons,clarifies thoroughly that the entrepreneur capability has decisive effect on the core competence of the corporation. |
