重庆市农村教师专业能力发展的问题及对策

摘    要:统筹城乡教育背景之下,重庆市农村教师专业能力亟需提高。调查结果发现,重庆市农村教师存在"解决教学问题的方法单一、教学能力较低、信息技术能力和教学反思力不强"等问题。据此提出如下策略:利用统筹城乡教育政策,建立三级教师学习资源中心,提高教师的信息技术能力;三方联动完善教师知识结构,通过教师自我身份的构建以提升教师的反思性实践智慧;以互助协同发展为导向,通过校本教研提升城乡教师合作发展的教研能力。

Abstract:Context of urban and rural education, rural teachers' professional capacity in Chongqing is an urgent need to improve. The survey found that rural teachers in Chongqing City, "a single method to solve teaching problems, low teaching ability, IT and pedagogical reflection force is not strong" problem. Accordingly proposed the following strategy: urban and rural education policy, the establishment of three teachers learning resource center, improve the IT capacity of teachers ; tripartite linkage to improve teachers'knowledge structure constructed through teachers' self - identity in order to enhance teachers' reflective practice wisdom ; to mutual aid collaborative development - oriented teaching and research capacity to enhance cooperation and development of urban and rural teachers through school - based teaching and research.
