卓越教师培养与US教育协同机制的建构

摘    要:卓越教师是当代中小学教学一线最为急需的新型优秀教师。从六个维度建构基于卓越教师培养的US教育协同机制,可以为高师院校在高等教育大众化潮流中兼顾精英化的教师教育提供稳定、成熟、高效的制度性支持。

Abstract:The outstanding teachers are the new type of teachers who are much - needed in the contemporary middle and primary schools. Constructing the US education cooperative mechanism for training the outstanding teachers from six dimensions, can provide mature, stable and efficient institutional support for Normal University to realize the elite education in the field of teacher education in the trend of popularization of higher education.
