| 摘 要： | 本文将高职院校教学质量保障体系视为一个系统,完成了对系统内影响较深的各种关键因素子系统的构建,即质量目标、质量文化、质量组织、质量制度、质量物质保障、师资和人才保障。只有内部子系统有效运作,才能确保教学质量保障系统地有序有效运行。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the teaching quality assurance system ot laugher vocauonal colteges as a system, and completes the construction of critical factors in the deep influence of the system quality objectives, quality culture, quality, quality system, quality of material security, teachers and personnel security subsystem. Only the effective operation of internal system can ensure the orderly operation of the teaching quality guarantee system. |
