普通高校体育课程内容自主构建的理性思考

摘    要:以探索高校体育课程内容自主构建的理念与途径为目的。采用文献资料、专家访谈、教学调研、比较分析等方法,在深入分析高校体育课程内容自主构建过程中的利弊得失并做出客观评价的基础上,客观地论证了构建主义与自主构建的基本理念;系统探索了课程内容现代化、灵活化、自主化、弹性化、综合化、多样化和充分利用体育项目的相互联系与作用构建课程内容模式;提出了高校体育课程内容自主构建必须从大学生的实际出发,紧扣课程的主要目标,把"健康第一"的指导思想作为确定课程内容的基本出发点,同时重视课程内容的体育文化含量,正确处理好健身性与文化性之间的关系,以及把握好运动实践与理论学习的关系。

Abstract:Aiming at probing into the concept and approach of the autonomous construction of P.E.course in colleges and universities,this paper adopts the research methods of literature review,expert interview,teaching research and comparative research to take an in-depth analysis of the gains and losses in that process.Moreover,it gives an objective discussion of the basic concept of constructivism and autonomous construction and it systematically explores the course's modernization,flexibility,autonomation,elasticity,comprehensiveness,and diversity as well as the construction of P.E.course on the basis of the utilization of interrelation and interaction of sports events.It puts forward that the autonomous construction of P.E.course in colleges and universities must be rooted from the reality of college students,linked closely to the major aim of the course,and originated from the "Health First" guideline.Moreover,it must lay emphasis on the proportion of sports culture in P.E.course,properly deal with the relationship between health-building and culture cultivation as well as the relationship between sports practice and theoretical study.
