欧美国家艺术管理人才培养模式探析

摘    要:人才培养模式主要由教育者、受教育者,以及培养目标和培养措施等四个要素构成。以这四个要素为切入点,分析欧美国家艺术管理人才培养模式的主要特征,并结合中国艺术管理专业人才培养过程中存在的各种现实问题,探讨欧美高校艺术管理专业人才培养模式对我国艺术管理专业教育的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Patterns of talent training consist of four basic elements: educator,educatee,training object,and training measure.With a focus on these elements,this paper attempts an analysis of the main features of the Euro-American training patterns on talents of art management and,in connection with the various problems found in the process of China’s training of art management talents,discusses how the training patterns on talents of art management in Euro-American colleges and universities may facilitate our practice in Chinese higher education.
