| 摘 要： | 系统地认识国际人权立法与实践中关于少数民族人权的特殊保护,对我国少数民族人权保护有着重要的借鉴意义.本文拟就少数民族人权特殊保护的涵义、少数民族的特殊权利、少数民族特殊保护中的国家义务、少数民族特殊保护的限度、少数民族特殊权利的限制和克减等内容,从国际人权立法与实践的视角展开分析和论述.

| Abstract: | To have a systematical understanding of the special protection of ethnic minorities' human rights in the international legislation and practice is significant for our reference in the protection of ethnic minorities' human rights in China. From the angle of the international legislation and practice of human rights, the paper discusses the meaning of special protection of ethnic minorities' human rights, ethnic minorities' special rights, states' obligations for special protection of ethnic minorities, the limits of the special protection, and the limitation and derogation of the special rights of ethnic minorities. |
