| 摘 要： | 给出了离轴高斯光束通过一个初级球差光学系统后，其相对光强的分布，通过数值积分，可以得到它与系统球差的大小和光束的入射位置的关系曲线。利用这个关系曲线以及瑞利判据，可以对激光扫描系统的设计进行分析，并提出合理的建议。
