| 摘 要： | 政府职能定位对西部大开发的速度、效率甚至成败将产生重大影响 ,基于对西部大开发中政府职能定位的理论和实践依据的分析 ,提出市场化背景下政府在西部大开发中的主要职能是弥补市场缺陷和推进西部市场化 ,为此 ,必须采取一系列的改革措施 ,推进政府改革。

| Abstract: | The orientation of the government function in the development of West China will exert a critical influence upon the speed, efficiency and even the success or failure of the cause. Based on the analysis of the theory and practice of the orientation of the government function in the development of West China, an idea is presented that the main function of the government is to make up the drawbacks of the market and push forward the marketization of West China. It is necessary to adopt a series of policy measures to push forward the reform of the government. |
