行政管理专业本科毕业论文存在的问题与对策

On the Problems of Graduation Design of Administrative Management and the Countermeasures

Graduation design, as part of college administrative management education, is of social and indi- vidual value. However, due to the unclear positioning of graduation design, the inflexible traditional eval- uation mode and inadequate teaching conditions, many problems still exist in terms of topic selection, aca- demic standardization and operational process. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of graduation de- sign, it is necessary to define the training goal, explore a multiple evaluation system, reform the curricu- lum system and strengthen the supervision of the operational process.
