| 摘 要： | 双语教学作为一种全新的人才培养模式在我国高校实施已有十余年时间，在取得了一定成绩的同时，仍面临着一些亟待解决的问题。从实施双语教学的目标定位入手，结合双语教学实践，对法学专业实施双语教学存在的误区和解决方法进行阐述，以期能为我国高校法学专业双语教学的推进贡献绵薄之力。

| Abstract: | As a new talent training mode, bilingual teaching, which has a history of over 10 years in China, has obtained many achievements in universities, but it still faces some problems to be solved. Based on the target positioning of bilingual teaching, the paper analyses bilingual teaching and elaborates the faults in the implementation of bilingual law teaching and the methods to solve the problems so as to make some contributions to bilingual teaching for law majors. |
