| 摘 要： | 校企合作实践性教学是学生获得综合职业能力与职业素养的重要途径和手段，但目前大多数高职院校的实践教学流于形式，成效不理想。究其原因，主要在于实践课程设置少、校企合作机制落后、实践教学体系尚未构建等。如何突破瓶颈，提升高职院校实践教学的有效性，可从建立互惠合作育人机制、变革实践教学合作模式、提升教师实践技能水平等方面入手。

| Abstract: | Practice teaching in school-enterprise cooperation offers a significant way for students to obtain comprehensive vocational abilities, but in most colleges it is a mere formality and the effectiveness is not i- deal, as a result of few practice courses, outdated college-enterprise cooperation mechanism and immature practice teaching system. To break the bottleneck and enhance the effectiveness of the practice teaching, the paper proposes some measures, including establishing win-win cooperation mechanism, reforming the cooperation teaching mode and improving teachers＇ practical skills. |
