| 摘 要： | 当今世界处于信息化时代,国家竞争力在很大程度上是文化软实力的竞争。核心价值观是文化软实力的核心要素,是国家的核心竞争力。中国特色社会主义核心价值观是中国未来发展的灵魂和标尺。国家核心价值观的建设是增强文化软实力,提升国家形象的关键,是中华民族走向复兴的关键。党的十八大提出"三个提倡",进一步凝炼社会主义核心价值观,集中体现了中国文化软实力的精神实质与发展方向。

| Abstract: | In the era of information ,national competitiveness lies largely in the soft power of culture .Core values are essential elements of the soft power of culture and the critical competitiveness of a country . Socialist core values with Chinese characteristics are the soul and yardstick for the future development of China .Constructing national core values is the key to enhancing the soft power of culture ,improving the national image ,and bringing about the revival of the Chinese nation .At the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China ,＂Three Advocates＂ was advanced ,which further improves the socialist core values and embodies the spiritual essence and developing direction of the soft power of the Chinese culture . |
